  Nigeria today increasingly reflects the dangerous symptoms of state capture.    Nigerians have become so accustomed to stories of corruption, insecurity, judicial manipulation among others, that many now treat as normal. But the deeper crisis is that public institutions themselves are gradually losing independence and becoming instruments of elite survival rather than guardians of public interest. Across the country, there is a growing perception that institutions which should serve as checks on executive excesses are becoming weaker. The legislature often appears more interested in political alignment than robust oversight. Regulatory agencies are frequently accused of selective enforcement. God our creator understands the importance of time in the scheme of things according to the book of Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. In the time of creation, God spent time putting things in place for the benefit of man who was the last creature.  Unfortunately, of all the creatures of the creator, man which has dominion over all other creatures happens to be the one who has failed the purpose of its creation. Why? Because man has failed to use time effectively and judiciously. Time has the following features: pleasure, death, sorrow, happiness, success, failure, and so on. An effort was made by 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐚 𝐘𝐚𝐫'𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚 to change the nation's electoral narrative that led to the  𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐔𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭.
